Lubanga Twero Tractor Garage and Skills Training Centre is a vocational training initiative aimed at equipping vulnerable youths in Gulu with practical skills in tractor mechanics, operations, and other trades. The project seeks to empower youths with employable skills, promote innovation, and contribute to community development.
